Nice!

It's funny 'cause I was wondering about you the other day. And don't leave NG because you're afraid of making the same toon. That's just silly.

Nice!

There wasn't a single part I didn't like, in the end it all came together great. Hope this isn't the last of these :D

Mehhh

Not to be offensive, but this is sappy to the point it's hard to watch.
The acting wasn't very good, I didn't like the art, the animation was just passable, and the story didn't invoke ANY emotions in me because it was trying too hard.
Keep trying!

ELL OH ELL

Turning a game into a game, eh? That's so meta. You should've thrown it on youtube instead of NG, though. It's pretty dang short.

Nice effort.

I liked the little song in the preloader, it was better than the movie to me.
the actual movie was just like: Oh, hey, violence! Don't really on that to get a laugh;D
Keep goin'!

I wasn't all for the art style.

Reading through your responses to the reviews, you mention that the kid falling wasn't human. At first it seemed like the "creature" was a human drawn in a unique art style. If you were trying to establish that the "creature" and human baby were of seperate species, I would have changed the creature's skin color or something.
9/10 for style, and a unique message.
I didn't like the art style, but judging by that would be too shallow as there is a lot going for this animation.

I wanted it to be just slightly different from human. Actually it's design based on these small mayan sculptures, to have a little bit mystical/weird look.
It is not a human, but it is not an animal too. i would say that it is mystical creature, or even a soul, since he lives, in a different dimension.

pretty good!

Hey man, you've got a lot of potential. Don't let me down :U

Mmmmeeeeh

Not very good animation and a bland story to go with it.
first of all, the heads shrink during the walk cycles, and when a character stops moving, the jittery animation stops, that tells me it wasn't a stylistic choice - or wasn't executed well if it was. Next the story sends a terrible message. The moral of this animation, is to wait. Wait it out. I know the moral is meant to be universal, but I hated the fact that everyone is swooning over an animation about some stick-figure whore who leaves to be with someone else. Don't send the message that it's okay to forgive the person who ditched them. I know it's a puny under-lying theme, but the twelve year olds on this site who are raving about this movie are impressionable idiots.

NEWAYZ
you still have room for improvement, don't let me down.

Whew!

After the endless amount of time put into this, I'm glad to see it's finally done. All of our efforts payed off, and it looks great.

FlashfireEX responds:

Indeed.
